These pots were inspired by acorns, whose spherical shape makes it easier for little hands like squirrel's to carry off with. We wanted something that felt just as comfortable in human hands, too.
Our porcelain pots are thrown and fired in New York City by master potter Jonathan and were left unglazed for a matte gray surface, to honor the slate barn-roof tiles reclaimed from the farm. Small grains leave natural streaks on the surface that remind us of shooting space dust. Jonathan, thank you for your craftsmanship, which leaves an elevated but earthy touch to any space. All pots have drainage holes and allow for air circulation at the base.
Available in one size currently. Exact dimensions and finish vary slightly due to natural process.
