Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for tools, accessories, books, and non-perishables, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All plant sales and gift cards are final. Dandy Farmer makes every effort to ensure that our plants are always healthy and in good condition when they leave our hands. Yet we also understand that plants can be finicky when dealing with change.

Please contact us within 30 days from time of purchase if you have any concerns about the health of your plant, or at the first signs of any trouble. We are not responsible for the environmental conditions, care of the plants, or any untimely acts of nature once sold. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Shipping returned items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any damaged incurred in the return shipping process will void the return transaction. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of undamaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
