I’m Greta, the Lavender Star, and native to Australia and southern Africa. I’m known for my lavender star shaped flowers that sometimes bear fruit. I like bright light and can acclimate to full sun or partial shade. To water, submerge 3/4 of my pot in water for 15 minutes. Submerge about once every 7 days, or more often when very dry or hot. I would be happy placed outside or near an open window in summer so I can feel the wind. Keep me in temperatures between 60 and 75 degrees.
Symbolism: Despite the windiest conditions, I bloom gracefully. As soon as the opportunity arises, my flower unfurls swiftly. With patience, I seize the moment and embody the traits of determination and willpower.
