I’m Deni, the Radicans Gardenia, an evergreen dwarf gardenia shrub native to Southern China and Japan. I produce fragrant, white flowers and glossy dark green leaves. I am also known as "Cape Jasmine."
Keep me in full or part sun and bright light. Water by submerging my pot up to the rim for 5-10 minutes and drain well. Do this every 5-7 days, more often if very hot or dry.
Symbolism: Across many cultural traditions, gardenias have symbolized love, harmony, and hope, and are therefore frequently used to celebrate new beginnings.
