The Standing Bell Bigei Tokoname pot is handmade in one of the six most important kilns in Japan by a distinguished bonsai potter.
This very special limited collection of pottery comes from the renowned potter Hirata Atsumi of the Bigei Kiln from the Tokoname region of Japan. He is best known for his distinctive red colored 'shudei' clay that gives the pot a burnished appearance and also for his decorative details such as carvings and reliefs. With the closing of the Bigei Kiln, this collection is one of the last of its kind.
All pots are handmade, hand rubbed. The artist's signature is hand stamped at the bottom of each pot.
Pot Size: 2 3/4"W x 1 3/4"H
