This one-of-a-kind tree stands apart from the rest. What you see in the photos are what you get, and there will never be another one like it.
I’m ‘Ayana’, the Barbados Cherry and I'm native to the Caribbean. My leaves are evergreen and lanceolate shaped. I have small pink flowers that grow in clusters in the spring. Sometimes my flowers eventually turn into little red fruits that resemble cherries high in vitamin C which is used to make Acerola juice, jams and jellies. I like full sun to indirect bright natural light and warmer temperatures to bloom.
To water, submerge my pot in water for 15-20 minutes, and let me drain thoroughly. Submerge my pot up to the rim about once every 5-7 days, or when my pot feels about 1/2 lighter. Keep me in temperatures above 50 F all year. For good air circulation, put me in a room with a fan or open window.
Includes care instructions. Plate sold separately.
