I’m Rosa the Darrow's Blueberry (Vaccinium darowii). I'm a USA native, specifically in the Southeast like Alabama and Georgia. In Spring and when it's humid enough, I grow blush-colored, bell-shaped flowers from my elongated leaves, giving me the nickname Rosa's Blush. When my buds drop, the bases remain and eventually turn into edible blueberries.

Keep me in full or part-sun a few hours a day. To water, submerge my pot up to the rim for 20 minutes and let drain. Submerge about once every 7 days, or when my pot feels about 1/2 lighter. Keep me in temperatures above 55˚F all year, and away from heaters and air conditioners. I love being outdoors in the warm summer, and benefit from good air circulation. You can fertilize me once a month from April-November to promote fruiting.

Includes basic care instructions. Plate sold separately.

Symbolism: Guided by the Water element, Darrow's Blueberry represents tranquility and serenity and is known in Feng Shui for promoting calm energies. With its Chi, 'Kan,' Water's serene influences are further amplified, stimulating deep introspection such as meditation. Darrow's Blueberry aligns well with Feng Shui principles, owing to its vibrant colors, representing vitality while symbolizing wisdom and mystery.
