I’m 'Molly', the Triangle Ficus, and native to South Africa. I am a rare variegated variety that has creamy colored leaves.
Keep me in a location that has partial or bright indirect sunlight several hours a day. To water, submerge my pot in water up to the rim for 20 minutes. Do this about once every 4-5 days, or more frequently when it is very hot or dry. I like temperatures between 45-80 ̊F. Keep me away from heaters in the winter and on nice days open the window for fresh air; I love a good breeze.
Symbolism: My rounded pear shaped leaves are considered a symbol of good luck and attractor of the juicy, beautiful things in life. The ficus in general is a symbol of perseverance because they have the ability to grow around anything in their path.
